Sell tickets
through WhatsApp.

Run your presale and sign-up campaigns where they actually get read. One tap takes people from the message straight into your own ticket shop — no inbox, no registration form, no friction between wanting a ticket and having one.

How it works

Three taps from message to ticket.

No registration form, no inbox, no forgotten tab. The message arrives on the phone that is already in their hand, and one tap puts them in your own ticket shop.

They tap through

Straight into your existing ticket shop — Eventix, Weeztix, Paylogic, anything. Every tap is counted against the person who made it.

The 78 who tapped

Your warmest list. Most promoters send this follow-up 24 hours before doors.

Example campaign — not a real client.

3

You see who tapped through

And the next wave only goes out if the first one worked. That is the part that saves you money.

Where the drop-off happens

Two ways to run a presale.

The same people, the same ticket shop. The difference is how many things sit between the announcement and the order — and how many of them you don't control.

Registration Email Ticket shop Order

Around a quarter of marketing emails get opened on a good day. The rest are never seen — filtered, buried, or ignored. You paid to send every one of them.

Message Ticket shop Order

No registration step, because the list already exists. Your past buyers confirmed once, and every campaign after that starts from a message rather than a sign-up form.

Open and click rates quoted here are typical industry ranges for each channel, not results we are claiming. Once you have run two campaigns you will be looking at your own numbers.

See it on your own event

We'll build it around one of your nights.

Twenty minutes. We set it up with your event, your artwork and your wording, then send the message to your phone so you see exactly what your crowd would get.

You get the real thing

Not a slide deck. Your event, your branding, arriving on your own phone — so you can judge it the way the people on your list would.

On your phone

We tell you if it won't work

If your ticket price is too low to carry it, or you've no way to reach past buyers, we'll say so. Better you know in twenty minutes than in three months.

Straight answer

We do the setting up

WhatsApp has to verify your business and give you a number before anything can send. That part is ours. You bring the contact file and the first event.

Roughly a week
Fair questions

What you're probably thinking.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly price with your messages included — no setup fee and no contract. What works for a monthly club night is different to a festival, so we'd rather talk it through than put a number on a page that doesn't fit you.

Ask us, we'll tell you

Do I have to change my ticketing?

No, and we don’t plug into it either. Export your buyers as a file and drop it in — then they each get one message asking if they want to hear from you, and the ones who reply become your list. Works the same on Eventix, Weeztix, Paylogic or anything else — and you're never stuck with us because of it.

Nothing to migrate

Won't people find it annoying?

They would, if you sent weekly. WhatsApp is for the moments that matter — presale opening, lineup drop, last tickets. Two or three a month. Our waves are built to stop early rather than push on.

Less is more

Can I message my old buyers?

Your own past customers, yes. Not a list someone gave you. And we never blast them — the first message we send to an imported list asks whether they want to hear from you, and only the ones who reply stay. That's what keeps your number from being blocked.

Ask, don't assume

What if it doesn't work?

Then you find out on wave one, on a few hundred people. Every wave after the first only sends if the one before it performed. A message that isn't landing costs you a wave, not a month.

Fails cheap

Is this allowed?

Yes — because we don’t rely on a ticket purchase counting as permission. Everyone you import is asked first, and only the people who reply back are ever messaged again. Every message carries an opt-out, and we keep a permanent record of how each person joined your list, so if anyone ever asks, you have the answer.

On the record

The people who fill your room already know you.

The people who'll come have been to one of your nights before. Start with them.
